St. George's Park - Pitch 6

St. George’s Park, home to the England National Team, required a solution to rejuvenate Pitch 6, its primary training surface, as the pitch neared the end of its lifespan.

OBI Sports was appointed to comprehensively assess the existing fibre system and pitch profile. Leveraging its expertise, OBI Sports developed a Hybrid Renewal scheme, incorporating advanced turf technology and the installation of a durable hard surface surrounding the pitch to enhance functionality and longevity.

Following the success of this phase, OBI Sports was further entrusted with delivering detailed specifications and design through procurement, ensuring seamless project execution.

Since completing the project, St. George’s Park has reappointed OBI Sports to assess two additional hybrid pitches, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in elite pitch development.
